Hello dear Readers!
I have been to a poetry workshop this morning, and have written lots of poems ( in other words, four!). Here they Are!
Storm Horse
Night beast.
Lightning slicing the autumn
Amber trees
Moonshine, fiery red.
Waves on once still water
Storm Horse, racing into autumn
Growling echoes
Shrill roars and whinnies
Keeping in the shadows
Nostrils fiery red
Suddenly savage
A savage kick
Collapses the river bank
Little pearls fly from the splash
Creamy vanilla, yellow today
Storm Horse shifting into darkness
Trapped, chill flickering through the wood.
Poem no1! here's the next:
Moonshine Sugar
You are my evening Star
Brightest of all by far
Guiding me over the land
Roses blossom
Where ever we tread
Through the Vanilla woods
You are my Moonshine Sugar
Thats poem no 2! And the next:
What am I?
Your proud head is high
Fiery eyes full of life
Long, sturdy legs pound the earth
Tamed with love
Wild by nature
Most beautiful in my eyes
Majestic mane and sweeping tail
Flowing in the Wild wind
Thats poem no 3! if you don't know what it is even with the obvious clue, look for next Mondays post! Here's the last one:
A gray horse comes through the darkness
Melts into shadows, and comes back in focous
Yellow rider on his back
Appears to be floating, appears to be riding
Sword clanks,
Hooves thud,
Vanishing horse
Horseless rider
And that was the last poem! It does not have a name yet, but will (hopefully!) have one soon. Please comment!
